As the vicious Dil Navaz, who gets the main lead Nandita Das and her secret suitor Rahul Khanna into trouble, Aamir was brilliant in this Mira Nair movie. It’s a pity that the movie failed to do well at the BO.

As the loud-mouthed buffoon who is in love with the star-struck Urmila Matondkar, Aamir was at his tapori best in this blockbuster hit. He looked the part and delivered the street lingo with practiced ease.

Another of his blockbuster hits saw him as a collegian. He had to lose his bulky frame and opt for a lean body that would look like he was in his 20s. He not only got the physique right, but alos perfected the body language.
