She gives out very vital mantra that one should not blindly follow any one body type. Anushka was quoted saying, “Fitness has become such large part of our lives. There are gyms at every nook and corner. There are such wonderful trainers. You need to get the right assistant and follow what is right for you. Don’t try to become like me or Deepika (Padukone) or Priyanka (Chopra)”. She sets great example for young girls by giving this powerful statement.
One of the important parts of her regime is that she eats after every two hours. She suggests other that one should try and eat for every two hours as this process increases the metabolic rate that will help you digest food faster.
3. Shilpa Shetty
Shilpa Shetty is a big time fitness freak and that’s why she has the best bod as well. She had recently brought out CDs on Yoga exercises as well. She said to one of the media houses. “Yoga keeps my mind, body and soul fit. I had a neck problem and suffered from chronic spondylitis. So I started practicing yoga. I took professional training and it really benefited,” the actress said.
4. John Abraham
John has a great physique and there are no double thoughts over it. Many youngsters would like to have body like him. He gave out the following fitness statement: Healthy life is like a tripod- One should have good food, good sleep and a good workout routine. According to him, if you want to get the desired body you have to work out religiously. He also advices that one should not starve and keep body filled full day. He himself doesn’t remain awake till late night, skip break fasts and use any steroids or drugs. He believes that there’s no short cute for ideal body plus one should keep their mind healthy too. His diet involves proportion of 50 per cent protein, 25 per cent carbohydrates and 25% fibres.
5. Hrithik Roshan
He indulges in lot of sports and body building exercises in order to get great bod. He maintains his health routine even while he is on shoot. His fitness mantra is to work out for two hours daily. He starts his day by doing jogging and then he hits the gym.
6. Shahid Kapoor
He was quite lean and not that great in terms of physique but his transformation to his present body is commendable. He has surely come a long way. He believes in stamina building and endurance based work outs. His aim is to have core body strength and not cuts and six pack abs. those who think vegetarian cannot have sculpted then Shahid is great example to prove them wrong. He says, “I try not to eat fatty foods too often. I have a high protein diet which is low in carbohydrates and fat,” he says.
