He gave out the following fitness statement: Healthy life is like a tripod- One should have good food, good sleep and a good workout routine. According to him, if you want to get the desired body you have to work out religiously. He also advices that one should not starve and keep body filled full day. He himself doesn’t remain awake till late night, skip break fasts and use any steroids or drugs. He believes that there’s no short cute for ideal body plus one should keep their mind healthy too. His diet involves proportion of 50 per cent protein, 25 per cent carbohydrates and 25% fibres.
