The all-new Audi A3 with advanced features may hit the Indian roads during mid 2014. With its smart looks and fuel-efficient engine options, this sedan promises to create for itself a well-deserved share in the Indian auto market.
Unveiled at the Indian Auto Expo in February 2014, the Audi A3 will compete with the likes of BMW 3 Series, Mercedes-Benz CLA Class, and Volvo S40. Expected to reach the Indian Auto market by June or July this year, this car sports an enticing body design with an array of new features.
Audi India has already opened the pre-launch bookings for this MQB platform based sedan.
Design, Built & Exteriors:
This 5-seater luxury car with a length of 4.26 meters comes with an attractive front panel consisting of stylish clear lens headlight cluster, a hexagonal shaped radiator grille, an impressive bumper with a pair of air ducts, and more. With a boot storage capacity of about 423 liters, the rear of the car looks mesmerizing too. The standard version of the car would get five-spoke alloy wheels while the higher variants may get the nine spoke alloys.
Interiors:
The Audi A3 interiors donned with premium black colored leather upholstery complement the Audi A3 Exteriors. The highlight of this sedan is its inimitably crafted dashboard engraved with round shaped AC vents and a trendy instrumental panel.
Engine & Performance:
Powered by both petrol and diesel engine options, the Audi A3 promises to meet the varied temperaments of its users. The petrol version with a 1.8-litre TSFI engine will produce 168bhp of power yielding 320Nm of maximum torque and giving a mileage of 17 Kmpl. The diesel version, a 2.0-litre TDI engine will generate 150bhp of power and 320Nm of torque giving a mileage of 24.39 Kmpl.

The automobile giant has installed advanced equipment in this classy four-wheeler including climate control system, driver information system, infotainment system, speed sensitive volume control, height adjustable driver & passenger seats, and split-folding rear seatback.
