From an Asos dress to a Prabhal Gurung gown, PeeCee has emerged as THE fashionista of Bollywood…leaving behind the Sonams and Deepikas. While many people were busy writing her off from the Bollywood scene, she has come out on tops in terms of her dressing, style, sex appeal and casual-meets-quirky attitude.
Week after week, the Exotic multi-talented actress has been giving us sexy sightings. From an Asos dress to a Prabhal Gurung gown, she has emerged as THE fashionista of Bollywood…leaving behind the Sonams and Deepikas. While many people were busy writing her off from the Bollywood scene, she has come out on tops in terms of her dressing, style, sex appeal and casual-meets-quirky attitude.
We are glad to see her move away from bodycon dresses and LBD and try interesting and exciting combinations. While she rarely does Indian, her western wear has grown beyond the usual to accommodate funky yet functional creations. Even when she is out travelling on long-haul flights, she gets the ‘cool casual babe’ look right. Nowadays, she has started to be more and more chic and sophisticated and that’s what we love about her.
We were the first ones to disapprove of her bodycon days and straight hair phase. Now that she has gone the updo/hairdo route and wears a lot of experimental clothes, we are looking at her in a totally different light. We scouted the fashion world for some of her finest appearances over the weeks. Here are her top five…take a look!
Airport spotting
We caught the exotic actress Priyanka Chopra looking chic as ever in casuals. While we are used to seeing the actress in dresses, body-cons and ultra minis, it was a pleasant surprise to spot her in laidback fashion as she hopped on to her flight at Mumbai airport. Totally deglam, she managed to make head turns! What we love about this look is how she has not let the excessive prints ruin the outfit. By choosing a colour scheme that is the same throughout. In this case, it’s black. From her specks to shoes, everything has a bit of black and the same colour family makes this outfit a huge hit!

In Asos:
This is a look we dig from head to toe. From the stylish ponytail to her white heels, she looked stunning. While this is another ‘short dress’ look, the styling made all the difference. We love the Asos knit top and skirt that snugly fits the hottie without overdoing it. Her minimal accessory look worked wonders for this outfit. Way to go, girl!
In Amit Agarwal:
Priyanka kept it classy and sexy on Karan Johar’s chat show ‘Koffee with Karan’ in an Amit Aggarwal striped top. It definitely fared better than Deepu’s Alice+ Olivia lace top. The skirt and the top combo that Piggy Chops had chosen had a far more TV-esque appeal than Ms Padukone’s press conference type top and pants with a coat. We are excited to see the new BFFs in town fight it out in the fashion world. Piggy Chops’ make-up was like a true Bollywood diva type and her accessories were perfect for the occasion too!
In AM: PM
This is one of Chopra’s rare Indian spotting and we love every bit of it. She tells you why she is the ultimate desi girl at a film screening in this pink and white AM:PM salwar-suit. The side-swept hair, bindi and silver mojri perfectly complement her dress. Love this look. Do you too? We wish she did more Indian as she looks absolutely smacking in saris and anarkalis. 
In ALC:
The former beauty queen sure knows what flatters her body type. She was spotted having brunch in a black A.L.C. jumpie that we would kill to lay our hands on. If only she had styled her hair differently, we would have given her full marks for this stunning appearance. But that said, it wasn’t a deal breaker and we kinda liked the biker babe-esque look.
