Sushma Swaraj – There are only quite a few politicians who have just not received massive number of votes, but also ruled over people hearts.
External Affairs Minister, Sushma Swaraj is the biggest example of this. Her devotion and receptiveness has turned her into an internet sensation, making her the most followed female leader on twitter.
Here are the five instances, where Sushma Swaraj stood like a boss.
1) Sushma’s social strategy.
With the most responsive and effectual social channels, Sushma Swaraj interacts with common people and deal with their issues like Godmother. Be it a small issue, Sushma never fails to give quick and relevant responses, she has used social platforms (Especially twitter) for the commonalities to reach the ministry of external affairs without any red tape.
2) One with the rescue operation.
No one could’ve imagined that Sushma would pull the rescue operation this brilliantly. Her spontaneous decision making power managed to use the resources of The Indian Army, Indian Navy and Air India for the evacuation of over 4640 Indian citizens and 960 foreign nationals from the struggle ridden Yemen in April 2015.Implementing a spick-and-span and neutral humanitarian relief operation, she won everyone’s heart.
3) A politician turns witty, unusual right?
Some queries are of no relevance to her, but our External affair minister cares to reply to most of them. But that too with all wits.
“@irvpaswan @SushmaSwaraj Dear Ministers, @Samsung_IN sold me a defective refrigerator, they r not ready to replacepic.twitter.com/G87Jwh6slD”
And as always, our witty minister didn’t stand back, but she tweeted in a fun way.
“@SushmaSwaraj
Brother I cannot help you in matters of a Refrigerator. I am very busy with human beings in distress.”
4) When rivals praise you.
Sushma Swaraj has proved that brilliance is always noticed, she showed that in her way of work. Whilst a Lok Sabha session, numerous opposition leaders were seen fawning and thanking her for the superb work and devotion she showed in helping people. The Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan said “There is no question but thanks only!” during the question hour.
5) An Indo-Pak love story, written by Sushma Swaraj.
Mr. Naresh Tiwani tweeted to Sushma Swaraj and asked for help when his Pakistani bride PriyaBachchani’s visa was delayed. The external affair minister provided the visa to the entire family of the bride before the marriage and showed that love triumphs all. Well done Sushma Swaraj!
Never seen such enthusiasm towards work in a politician, but of course we are talking about Sushma Swaraj, who is receiving love every minute from the common public. So, ‘A good politician’ is not wrong saying, is it?
