Each and every person wants their mouth to be fresh and clean. Isn’t it?

Well, early morning when everyone wakes up it is common that the breath will smell bad. And right after brushing the smell happens to disappear too. (Only if you brush your teeth seriously) Well, not just early mornings but there are several other times that a person faces a bad breath problem for e.g. eating garlic, spicy etc.

Are you facing the problem too? And do you think visiting doctors is not helping at all? If yes, then don’t worry because I completely understand that nobody wants people to run away from them.

And if use these ways to get rid of it then you will not face that embarrassment.

  1. Brush at-least 2 times a day

Not just in the morning but even before going to sleep; brush your teeth. The reason is everything that you eat sticks up inside the teeth and it collects bacteria later which results into causing bad breath.

Ditch your boredom and brush your teeth at-least twice. (It works)

  1. Clean your tongue

Not cleaning the back of the mouth also results into causing a bad odor. While brushing the teeth also use a tongue scrapper to cleanse your tongue.

  1. Chew gum

Wondering, why? Chewing gum actually helps increase the run of saliva in the mouth to clean the bacteria present. Note: – Avoid using the sugary gum because it won’t help minimise the bad breath issue at all.

  1. Increase the intake of water

Many people only drink water while having their food but that’s not really good. Dry mouth causes to smell the mouth badly.

Instead, drink water more often because the more intakes help to fight the bacteria easily.

  1. Eat Healthy

It is very important to eat the food that results into giving a good odor. And therefore eat foods that can have more intake of saliva e.g. Foods like vegetables, Fruits, whole grains etc.

  1. Avoid drinking tea

There are many tea-lovers but drinking tea can cause bad breath because the chemical compounds present in tea results into increasing the growth of bacteria inside the mouth.

  1. Alcohol-free mouthwash

Mouthwash is a must while brushing teeth and cleaning tongue. So, make sure you use a mouthwash which is alcohol free. The intake of alcohol results into causing bad odor and thus leaves the mouth smell bad. (Use mouth rinse: – Colgate total advanced pro-shield mouthwash after every meal).
