Vastu Shastra gives us idea of placements of rooms and many architects take in consideration of the same as people demand Vastu compliant rooms.
Place of Worship: Make sure your room of worship should be ideally located in the north-east or north/ east area of the house. Also as per Vastu Shastra, one should not sleep in the same place.
Bedroom: If you have the master bedroom then you can shift or make one ideally in south west or southern part of the home.
Kitchen: According to Vastu, shift or build your kitchen in the south-east corner of the house. The second best option for the north-west corner is the second best option. However, make sure your gas stove is placed in the south-east direction.
Kids’ room: As per Vastu, it is advisable that children’s rooms should be in the north-west or the west and, for higher levels of concentration.
Dining room:This room ideally should face towards west direction.
Study room: The north-east, north-west, north, west and east corners are ideal places for a study room.
Bathroom and Toilet: Ideally bathrooms and toilets should be separated and not attached one. Bathroom and toilet should be located in the east or in the north-west, but never in the north-east.
